1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any) intact.

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

  3. You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Replacement and damaged product will be delivered with in 5-7 working days 

  • Refunded amount will be credited in 5 to 10 working days in original mode of payment.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
